These terms apply when you request a quote, schedule work, or use services provided by Steve Balakshii.
Quotes and Scheduling
- Quotes are based on the information, photos, and access details provided by the customer.
- Final scope and pricing may change if site conditions differ from the original request.
- Appointments depend on availability, weather, access, materials, and job complexity.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job details, safe access, and permission to work in the requested area.
- Identify known hazards, building restrictions, hidden wiring, plumbing, asbestos concerns, or strata/condo rules before work starts.
- Supply customer-selected fixtures, hardware, or specialty materials unless otherwise agreed.
Service Limits
Some work may require licensed specialists, permits, inspections, or emergency services. This can include major electrical, gas, roofing, structural, asbestos, active leaks, and permit-heavy work.
